Sunrise Manor is a city in Clark County, Nevada, United States with a population of 189,372 as of the 2010 census. Once an unincorporated town, the area was incorporated as a city in May 2003. It is located on the eastern edge of the Las Vegas Valley and is part of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area.

History

Sunrise Manor has its origins as a stopping point along the Arrowhead Trail in the early 20th century. The trail later became US Route 91 before the construction of the U.S. Route 93/U.S. Route 95 freeway. The city was named for Sunrise Mountain which lies on the east side of the city.
