Huntington Station is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) located in Suffolk County, New York. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 33,029. Huntington Station is part of the Town of Huntington and located along New York State Route 110.

History

Huntington Station has a long history dating back to the 17th century when English settlers first arrived in the area. The current settlement originated around a Long Island Rail Road station that was built in Huntington in 1866. This spurred development around the railroad stop, and soon a bustling village known as Huntington Station emerged.
